can't launch NC2

For 2 days, I meet a problem to connect to Neocron.
When I launch the game, the first windows makes opens normally, but when I click on " play Neocron2 ", the second window remains blocked on " connecting to server "

I tried everything to resolve the problem, I even formated the PC,reinstalled Neocron and nothing resolved this problem. Even the update is not made and my check file is OK
I am anxious to clarify that my internet connection seems to work normally.

Have you tried running in Window Mode? Alot of times the Windows Firewall pops up behind the game when you load it and disappears when you close the game.

yes, i have tried running in Window Mode, but it's the same problem.
In the afternoon neocron relaunched normally without any reason and after a crash, I was not able to relaunch it again.
