Anyone still around from pre-beta4? Know of only a couple :/

Yeah, quite a few of us are still here.
Including a number of those who kept claiming they'd quit back at the start of retail, funnily enough. :p
Through many various means I first played in beta 3.

I'm from the start of beta4, well over 3 years. Isn't that enough?
Still here for some reason.... dont ask why because I dont know why.
beta2 tho not playing much atall recently
have been here more and less from beta4.

I don't play anymore but I still check the boards in hopes they'll get the game sorted. Oddly enough tho my subscription is still active I just can't be bothered to log in. I've been playing since the beginning of beta 3.
I never had a forum account when the game was in beta or early retail, that was my first account, after quitting for a few months and then formatting (to which I lost all neocron details which I couldnt remember so I was screwed), I quit for a little while longer because I wasnt that bothered and too busy anyway. I then had one which I joined up to the forum in sept 2003 (a couple of weeks after it was created), and this is my new recent one since KK couldnt transfer my last one from NC1 to NC2.
And thats my random story.

I joined right when the game hit retail in germany so i'm not a real beta vet.

Beta4 here too, guess that makes me a stinking newbie :)
Makes me wonder how many people actually tell the honest truth about when they started playing.
It seems EVERYONE I meet these days have played in beta O__o
some people have there forum Join Date to prove it, but others don't.
I guess you just have to believe them.

I never used the forums until NC2... Never saw the point. Allways have used the THN... and another forum for the clan I was in before that... (beta 4)
before that (beta 3) I used a mates account because I was only 12 back then... ^^

I went for a month or two after NC1 and played UT2004, got high in the rankings 2th and then 1st for the months on the servers I played on, then the thirst came back... XD
so I said hello to neocron again...

been playing on and off since 2001 I reckon, started playing back when I was doing my GCSE's... and i'm in uni now ;)
