Neocron 1 to Neocron 2

Hey long time since I've been back here...

Anyway my question is I've been a longtime NC 1 player and my account is still in NC1, what I want to ask is if my account is still NC1 but I want to try out NC 2 keeping in mind that my account is expired am I still able to take advantage of the free trial to see what it's like?

I don't want to start a whole new account just to try the game I'd like to see how it would be like with my old characters as I have friends in-game who can help me out...

Yes you can use the trial however... KK wont transfer your NC1 chars to NC2 until your trial has finished and youve paid for NC2, after you have paid the option to transfer is very fast.

but how exactly do I get the trial on my account then or shoudl I just create another one anyway...?

I'd keep it simple and just make/delete another account.
