well what stands out is that he is basicly the only NPC model in game using the new models.. aside from MR.J.

also tom carpenter and the same stripper are also located in DOY.. same guy

The radicals in the Ghost District have that skin too.

As they're high polygon models, like the NC2 player models, there's no reason why they couldn't be available as a player skin so here's hoping.

Edit/ He usually has a "Friend" with him and you have to slaughter him quite satisfying.

Well definitely it isnt any of the models available at char creation, and his looks is surprisingly proportional. As for me, it looks like a Mr. Jones model with new skin.

So anyways, my point is:
- this is the first model in nc2 that actually looks like human and this is good.
- the skin is pretty good too (clothes looks awesome, actually)

I think most people would agree that they would like to have something more proportional and more human looking and clothes with that amount of details (look at the TG badge on his chest) and colours like this one
