Problems

Can anyone helpp ????

I registered the boxed version of the game yesterday, and managed to set up my click to pay account. However I have yet to recieve my password by email so I can enter the game. I have tried to send myself a reminder of my password but this doesn't arrive at my email box either. My email account is a hotmail account. It works fine receiving other email. I have put in 3 requests for help to the GM's but am getting no help from them either.

Sounds very much like a spam filter problem to me. The password reminder is totally automated so there should never be a delay on that. The fact that no emails are getting through to you suggests that your Hotmail (which is renowned for it, btw) account is filtering them out. If you look in your spam folder you should find them there.

Sorted now many thx, the setting were set to autodelete. stupid hotmail!!
