3G Video -> Something a bit better.

I filmed a couple of friends fucking about at college today and when i got home i thought i'd upload it to the PC and send them it when they get online but as its from my mobile nothing except quicktime recognises it (well i can get the sound in media player) just wondering if anyone knows of a decent program i can use to change it to various other formats from 3G Video (3G Media File)

Any help is appreciated.
