heya, what class can make what WOC?

pe'S = Dex + Str ?
spy'S = Dex + Int ?
monks = Int + Psi ?
Tanks = Str + Con ?

Its either STR or DEX, not both together. But they can choose between either.

Well, PEs cap STR at 60, but they can still do STR WOC if they have the xp

Tanks would have less levelling to do to get from natural DEX cap to WOC1

And to be honest - I wouldn't really see the point of anything WOC-dex-wise for a tank. Besides, it'd be masochism getting that dex up...
