What is the junk called that is needed to make a codebreaker? Is there a recipe? How much recycle skill is needed?

I have read that there are multiple types of codebreakers, which is the type we need to access other faction's database?

For Faction DNS you'll need Mark6 and for Phoenix Database you'll need Mark7

You get the junk to make Mark-5 codebreakers from 60/60 mobs in Faction DB's
You get the junk to make Mark-7 codebreakers from "turret"-mobs (50/50 I think) in High security Hacknet dungeons.
