Rifle Cap question

Is there some sort of equation or program for figuring the damage/aiming caps on any given rifle? :confused:

The damage/aiming caps at 178%/267% on all rifles, the points required to get this for different rifles varies.

I.e. to cap most rares your going to need somewhere in the region of 180 RC and 170 WEP.

my spy that i imported from Pluto had Ray of God on him.
it seems to have just about a 1:1 RC-to-Dmg% ratio

meaning, i have mid 150's RC and the damage is listed as mid 150%

not sure about the WPL but the aiming's capped
