You need to bind your Forum-Account to a valid Gameaccount in order to access all the "customer only" forums. You can do that using the launcher.

Concerning StockX ..feel free to ignore the link mentioned by kurai .. its entirely outdated and just a moan about problems that took place a few years ago.

StockX is only open for trade during daytime (ig time) .. opens at 9am I think.
You are allowed to trade a maximum of 500 shares per entry & day. Meaning you could buy 500 Biotech Inc and 500 Next Subway .. but not 1000 Next Subway in a day.

StockX is influenced by various ingame statistics and also reacts to the trading that takes place.
If you want to make money with StockX, pay attention to the shares history... buy at the lowest point, sell at the peak ... lately it also paid well to keep an eye on the neocronicle (http://www.neocronicle.com) and buy/sell accordingly to major events.
