Logic would be you could change up your implant setup i guess but why do PE lom to LowTech for Pain Easer? Extra points n other DEX subskills/thats helpful

Only asked cuz someone did it so they could Cap Pain Easer - i still have High-Tech enough to use a Redeemer so far n still cap Pain Easer on my PE and still have a lil space to add 37 for my Reveler

Basicly in the end it just free's up points so they can be used elsewhere for an added advantage. Usaly translates to higher psi use, runspeed, and resists. There isent realy a middle ground hightech rifle anyways, so unless someone is going all the way up to 110 for the healign light, which isent to good anymore aparently, then its pretty much pointless to have hightech combat for a private eye for rifles.
