Once i get to the screen saying loading the program stop responding anyone know how to fix this.

Ok so you see the green mask guy with the epilepsy warning etc. and then it hangs?

Not sure about this one but i would suggest shutting down all non - essential programs and make sure your firewall allows access to the game.

Try to launch in windows mode>Launcher bar>Configuration>mode

Also run a file check to be sure all is ok.

yeah riddle i was going to say the same thing.

add the client.exe to your list of 'allowed' programs in your firewall settings.

i started up Unreal Tournament last night and since it wasnt in my firewall settings, the window popped up behind the unreal window and froze the whole thing. I had to reboot to get out.
