There used to be a link in account setup templates, in which one was able to reveal info about his CC details, email and such. Where is this option now?

these fields can only be edited while the account is expired.

support cannot (well... dont want - in my eyes only :p) change content of this fields, while the account is active.

but what if, we forget our details, or we change our emails or something else?

I think you can only change your email once the account is expired.
