I doubt a rollback, unless the server just took a lightning bolt straight to the HD...

nobody KNOWs if there's going to be a rollback, it's more that we expect it because it would just be typical. If Level3 has a connectivity problem, the servers could all be working just fine even thoguh we can't get to them. Don't worry ...yet.

There is no post currently in the German Forums about server's crashing.It's definitely a Level 3 VC issue ...

All their Tier1 entry points (even those on local German transits from Dusseldorf, Hannover, Frankfurt etc) are just bouncing traffic back to ASes at the remote ends (i.e. London, New York, Helsinki etc)

This was a Level 3 problem at their UK hub and the servers were never affected (nor was anyone playing closer than the UK hub). Sorry about the glitch and hope you all got back to doing what you were doing with minimum inconvenience.
