Are there any Psi shops here/ how easy is it to get Psi weapons outside DoY?

(I like to play 'mage' type characters but DoY is so damn depressing)


Also to prevent multiple threads... do players tend to make a tradeskill char so they can get blueprints and construct em, or a couple of specialist chars or just beg other players? Any reccomendations?

PP3 and MB have psi smugglers scattered about; upper level psi stuff is Crahn HQ or players.

A lot of people have tradeskill alts, or, you can join a clan for your ress'd / const'd items.
