Travelling to DoY from Neocron or vice verca will get you killed. You can try stealthing round there, or taking a PPU at high levels, but as a low level the guards will waste you in the opposite city very quickly.

The AI is pretty dodgy; you can get pretty far just running past the sentries on the border between pro/anti zones. But once they see you, its allllll over. :)

From DoY, just start running SSW, you'll get there eventually. Just watch out for the nasties in between: Hovers, WB's, Spiderbots, Dragonflies. :p

Yeah, the guards will shoot you, although I've heard the NC guards aren't as bad as the DoY guards.

Going there is easy, getting inside either city isn't. The NC guards aren't as weak as everyone makes out. They do a lot less dmg than the DoY ones, but theres far more of them, and they'll eventually kill any non PPU char - it pisses me off when people says "rofflez my 0/2 can outheal copbots" - simply not true.
