Overcapping a LowTech Rifle PE

I was just wondering if anyone had some good ideas to overcap dex on a lowtech rifle PE, and if anyone knows if the genotoxic nightmare gives decent xp because I could probably just farm that guy...

Gravis swampcaves is the fastest. With decent poison resists you can pretty much kill mobs nonstop, all you need is to keep a heal running.

Though i'd go hightec for leveling woc. Higher TL gun = faster killing = more xp.

Thanks for the feedback. Should I use RoG or HL? HL would be faster lvling but I would need to change my imp/armor setup and the RoG is only 5 lvls higher than my PE. Either way im in for a good day of lommin :(

I'd go for the HL.
RoG may do in pve but the damage on max. range is just plain silly.
Healing Light allows more smooth lvling due to constant damage in my
opinion.
