hi,

installed the game, registered with click2pay, and created a char. next i played the tutorial.

so far everything worked, but when i try to connect to Terra, the screen stays black after selecting my char. the game seems frozen and i cant alt-tab out.

any idea?

PS: click2pay seems to have no obvious link to cancel the account. very questionable considering that they perfectly know that many ppl just create the account to try neocron.

Go into the /defs folder in your Neocron 2 game directory and delete the folder with the servername you want to connect to. For example /defs/Terra(ENG)

Is it just the one character or multiple?

Also the account section is on the launcher as you start it up. Alternatively:

http://launcher.neocron.com/

windows mode can be selcted via the config option on the launcher.

All this could be your firewall stoping u enter , but yea try windows mode via the config option in the launcher. OPEN LAUNCHER> CONFIGURATION > CONFIGURE HARDWARE> MODE > SELECT WINDOWS MODE > OK > APPLY > LAUNCH GAME.

ps: i only created 1 char so far

Create another and file a GM ticket asking them to move the character. The character itself 'may' be stuck online.
