is there a formula to know how much percentage each point of barter will raise/lower the price of things.

sorry it was a sarcastic "yes" cause their MUST BE a formula to claculate it.

look at this (http://mitglied.lycos.de/hazard01nc/Barter.pdf). Its not what you want, but maybe it helps you.
The diagraph shows the amount f money, a barterer can save you when buing things, in percent.
the curve for selling things to NPCs also looks like that, but its spread between 0 and 120% profit.

edit: oh, there was a tool to calculate prices for weaponparts and chems in german forum a few month ago. this tool included barterskill, maybe the guy who made it knows the formula :)
