i activated my account via paybycash using NETELLER on wednesday afternoon, took about 2 hours to get it running, perfect.

at 12:00 midnight my account expired, the one i activated the same day just hours before... no email any anything explaining why, the process to open it was flawless, it just shut down.

Nobody but me has the account details, nobody but me has access to any of the billing information..

I would like an explanation and a solution to this.

Have to apologise Chin - your post made me laugh. With all the complaints about C2P and PBC being lauded as the solution...

Oh but to be serious and a tiny bit helpful, I'm guessing an email to these folk might help account@neocron.com

I offer the advice tentatively. Didn't do any good for me and others have reported being ping-ponged back and forth between Reakktor and PBC or C2P but it's probably something simple and they'll be able to help you.
