... that tells you what all your stat points actually do?

It's been awhile since I last played and I'm not sure if everything is still the same... like, what does the psi power skill under INT do? It's not required for anything like MST (looks to be just a point sink) but I don't want to put points in it if it won't help me (as a pistol PE). If it'll help me heal faster, or make my deflector stronger, then great!

That's just one example... i'm thinking about how I want to develop this character with as little lomming as possible. Now that i've hit diminishing returns on everything I care about, I'd like to know if I should just max things or distribute points in other things. (ie, putting 20 into recycle to make ammo and medkits is a huge help)

thanks

thanks! its pretty close to what i was looking for. i just wish it were a little more detailed.. like when it says "The level of Hacking determines the number of charges you can use while hacking, as well as the difficulty of the system.", i already know that. how many charges do you get at what skill point, and when do the tiers of difficulty change?

I dunno that - but

This shows how your skills interact with one another, and helps you spec accordingly.

thanks, good info :)

however, still looking for more "what do they actually do" information.. like back to the hacking example, you get one more pulse at.. was it 30? but the difficulty tier of the supply box doesnt change until 35. and another pulse is at 45 but you cant hack a warbot until 50. Dont know if these numbers are accurate as i'm talking off the top of my head (and admittedly out my ass) but again, just an example of what i'm looking for.

/edit

this helps a bit, but still doesnt say at what point you get new pulses:
