I have a four slotted one and it seems to be the only Heavy weapon that can fit a scope on it. Although I can't try it out as I am only a Spy.

I have been told it is useless, but I am not convinced. What are your thoughts on this Cannon?

I used to kill wbs with it in nc1when i lvld tank before i could use my rav.

its a low to mid high drop only weapon and the highest laser cannon in the game until KK decide to give us a couple of extra rares for tanks which i think its about time after how bad the woc knuckles were.

Does about 4 * 7hp a burst to pe's. So you might need 3-4 reloads to kill one assuming you don't miss once :(

Me and Finl killed a PE in P2 yesterday with 2 tanks using STORM lasers. Not even close to cap those cannons without imps. Shitty damage, but amazing range!

Might be quite nice to finish off someone already badly hurt and driving off on a quad or whatnot, tho can't say I've used one since NC1. And that was for some light PvM.

Then there's the Ravager, which does that job, only better.

they used to be good for killing drones at op wars - but iirc that was back in nc1

Personally i'd rather use the tangent laser cannon non drop makes life just that bit easier when organising belts.

Its pretty good in Range and Accuracy, but thats all. Ravager outdamages it by far.

Ravager allows the laser pointer mod, but not the scope.

i didnt have storm one, i had bad str 60something lasercannon :D
