Ok here is the true test of Neocron and their support team. If they do not correct this matter then obviously I will have to take action and but if they do then I will surely say they have changed from what they used to be. I have email services@click2pay.com and several neocron support emials. Please neocron support dont let me down I have only been playing for 14 days....

I wonder for how long KK is forced to use C2P.
I don't think there's any games out there which charge as much as NC and have the same amount of problems with their payment provider.

When you cancel the subscription your account runs until the end of the time you have payed for.

lol dont bother emailin c2p, ive been waitin for over 2 days for a reply on re-opeing my old account, you would think they would try and get it through quickly because i want to give them money?!?!?! lol ahhh well, if it doesnt get sorted by the end of the week thats another player who cant* come back :rolleyes:

Im normally on par with KK about this, I give them time and I have patience about many subjects, but this is seriously something which cant wait, I dread to think how much they will take out next, thats why im cancelling if this 6 months worth of money isnt put back in my account.

Due to recent career changes I completely CANNOT afford to have these fuckups happening in my bank account.

Try to mail account@neocron.com for any problems like this, they might help you faster than C2P support mail.

I had no problems reactivating, although it DID took c2p 2 days to reply.

heh, it seems there's way too many people experiencing this rip off now.. pay for one month... be forced to pay for six instead. Reakktor need to put payment to the top of the list and replace Click2Pay with PayPal. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=click2pay - Click2Pay seem to be rogue traders, where they give shitty service and charge you either double or more for something you didn't pay for, and then screw you over afterwards. Click2Pay totally ignored me until I sent a quick email to Reakktor, and they poked them and made them sort out my problem. Sort this issue out already KK!

Theres no point going on, email the support team at KK and they will sort it out for you, cos they are allready looking into other companies to replace c2p.
And im still waitin for a reply from c2p allmost 2 and a half days later :lol:

If this isnt resolved i'll happily go to court against click2pay, I dont care how little money it is or how much i'll win, its pure principal of me being outrightly scammed, and if i cant get my money back sueing seems to be the only way.

I will be contacting my bacnk today and telling them it was an internet scam that has hit my account. I wont wait to go to court if need be either. Man I didnt want to say anything negative about the game its like they don't want people to play the game...
