During the signup process an automatic authorization request is sent to the financial institution that issues the payment method that you have attempted to register.
Due to the risk tolerance policies of these financial institutions the scenario can exist that the automatic authorization request is rejected due to the nature of the service it is intended for. This occurrence will be reported simply as an invalid card number.
We suggest that you try registering another payment method with CLICK2PAY.

i'm trying to register new card as the old one expired. Its exactly the same visa i have been using last 3 years... Every year it expires and every fucking year i have the same problem with registering new one...
this is my 6th day of waiting btw...
You have to get them to remove the card completely, i got KK to poke c2p for me since i signed through the launcher but i had that sorted in a day, its a arse but thats the only way afaik.
It just kept tellin me "Card already in use" when i wanted to change the date and so i had to do the above.
just waiting on kk to unhook my account from pbc now so i can actually PAY and PLAY ffs thought they had a new acc guy today :mad:
Just call the 800 number they can change the expiration date of a same card with no futher need for verification... takes 2 minutes.
Just wanted to drop into the thread and c2p sucks at verifying the credit card owner :D, where's the security???! They never verified my card, rofl. I got a call from an american woman when I signed up to the nc2 trial a while back but she said "wrong number" and just hang up on me. Is that how c2p verifies credit cards? :cool:
i just closed my c2p account. i jsut refused having an international company have information about my creditcard saved onto their machines. Ive never really had problems with c2p except when sometimes it randomly bills me double the amount other than that it was paid back within the year i really hate the shit out of c2p. for us U.S. players paypal for the win.

So how do i go about closeing my c2p account , or did u mean u closed ur NC acc ?
cause i loged on c2p site but cant see where to close my acc there .
to close your account you need to send them your last 4 digits of your PAN# and your personal secret code to the question, to service@ click2pay.com

NEVER trust a casino billing company to do monthly payments, big mistake of the ex boss of KK.
It's also the fault of creditcard issuers, they don't trust internet casino billing companys too much, and people using their (stolen) creditcard for that, drop C2P plz.
Can't click2play be reported to the authorities because they have been charging "double" on a lot of users it seems?
EDIT: and I can't really tell if they've charged to much either, to lazy to convert SEK to euro etc.
In sense of product framework there will be a major change in the sector of payment services. But we will give you more details on this later.
/me Wants to know what this will involve, hopefully the removal of C2P.
I remember having troubles with my account when trying to change credit cards, thankfully KKs support got it sort for me after talking to C2P's doorstop over e-mails.

If you stop a min and think about this whole thing from a wider perspective. The shopping-thing is completely screwed up...
Admittedly “the product” is a bit more complex than a bottle of milk, and paying for it is trickier than fishing the a few coins from the bottom of your pocket at your local store. But still, very few services and products today don’t get sold because, it’s too-bloody hard to pay for them!!
Hell, for years you have been able to buy cars and sofas’ and just about anything else, not being geographically in the same place as the sellers. But today, in addition to the all the old systems, you need to have complex relationships with ten different payment-companies to even pay for a leisure time activity, a computer game.
And when these payment-companies don’t work, because they just dont (at least not to most peoples satisfaction) and it’s once again just too much of a hassle and takes too much time; and once again you need to sign up to yet another payment company. People, who otherwise might buy the bottle of milk, don’t.
Cut your losses or add some other payment system, at least do something about it. Whatever you do please test it enough first... ;)

Despite the fact they already DO have an alternate provider, PayByCash, Nidhogg has mentioned that Reakktor are working on further payment methods.
So as cute as that snarky analogy was, it's a wee bit redundant.

a carefull estimate on my side would say a good credit card payment method (paypal for example) would certainly give neocron 10% more playerbase immediatly.

i was trying to be nice and polite, i was trying to be helpful, i was trying to be precise but in the end it only made it worse cause such people are obviously ignored completely by c2p people - and as far as i know - opposite behaviour: mail spamming, swearing and using ridiculous amonts of exclamation marks actually works... It doesnt really matter though, (just the sad advice) i decided that enough is enough...
...so i'm giving up with cp2 and i would like to ask is there any possibility to change my payment from c2p to pbc,
and another question to helpful people: how can i do that and what are the disadvantages? As far as i know its possible to use credit card by using some fancy feature cause few of my friends were using PBC before and they have the same cc as me (e-visa). I'm sure there were some people who did switch to pbc so maybe they could share their experience with me?
and hopefully this process wont involve sending e-mails to KK or c2p, as i'm fed up with both of them.

Lucky that. Mine was 14 euros. Worth it in my opinion seeing as I've technically had money stolen twice from my account by C2P. It was returned, but only after some severe nastiness.

Yeah good luck with click and pray, i didnt play for the last year because of those fools.....and to think of the countless other people who had problems too,I cant believe people are still having trouble paying them.Use paybycash..
For the love of god use anything but click 2 pay!
BTW took them over 3 months before i got an email.........
