How can i get my password back?

I didn't change it from the default it sent me, i just set it to remember it.

I reformatted my computer and now i cant get onto that email address anymore (i have no idea why) so i dont know my password.

How can i get back onto my account?

In the launcher if you click Your Account at the left there is a forgot password thing.
