Attachments for PMs etc.

Hmm, i may be going blind but i've done a forum search and i can't seem to find the old "Attachments for PMs" thread which was handy for occasions when attachments cannot be added in the normal way.

If it's gone, can we have another one? (or sticky this one)

Anyway, i need to post an attachment in a thread in the New Runners Corner that i can't seem to do, so i'll have to link to it here.

/edit: I'm fairly certain its in the old Forum Related Discussion archive, but I don't have access to it.
Btw Mr Kot, if I'm not mistaken, linking to an attachment won't help in the New Runners corner as unpaid accounts can't see attachments...
