I've been playing for a long time, but I took a year out in October 2004. When I got back onto my account, I found I had to rebuy the game, because although my account was still active, it somehow didn't realise I'd already purchased the game!

This is especially bad since I only have about £40 left in the bank, so I might not make it to the next payday before my net's cut out :(

THis shit going on (or not going on?) makes me sad. I just want to play this awesome game. It's sad that Fukktor, Fucktacle and Click2berippedoff never learn. Do they not want us to pay for this sweet game? Do they not want us to play? It's a weird kind of torture but it hurts - a lot.

Damn - Click2Pay sound like bigger con artists than I thought. Making me kind of glad I was never able to actually get into the game.

If you're being recharged for a game/time you've purchased, that's fraud.

Not that these people generally investigate individual complaints, but they do keep a database and if there's a trend of dodgy practices, the relevant government agency might start poking around. Having seen so many complaints on this forum about Click2Pay, I'm satisfied that it's worth my time registering an official complaint about them.

For anyone else who feels similarly motivated :

I have the exact same problem. I can't reactivate my account no matter what I try. I click Your account and it doesn't list anything except the last activity I had over a year ago.
I don't see an 'enter details' section on there anywhere, for the person that posted above.
Also my other forum account is disabled as well, probably because it was attached to my game account.

oh yea, click2pay really really really sucks, I couldn't possibly make a post without mentioning that.

Click2Gay haven't responded to my emails either. Nidhogg is saying their mail system is buggered, but Click2Gay haven't stuck anything on any of their pages (that I can see) saying they're having problems, which is piss poor service on their behalf. I'm contemplating not reactivating my account and continuing to play other games. I decided to create a new bank account with more strict settings (such as no overdraft) solely for Click2Pay (and subscriptions to other games) so I can see I'm not getting ripped off in any way. But it seems you can't 'remove' the payment options you've added, you can only view the details of them. I decided to add the details for the new card to see if I would then be given the option to delete the old one, but nope, still the same. I'm not getting any errors when submitting emails to them, as other people seem to be getting, it seems as though they're simply ignoring mine until they can be bothered responding.

Click2Pay - The way to be gay. "See our con merchant preview..."

Have any of you tried mailing account@neocron.com ? Half the time it's simply because you have an expired card on file with C2P. If you don't hear from them within 24 hours always mail us.

Yes. And you guys are very good at what you do. But in most cases it's a matter of us waiting for c2p to grasp the concept of an internet PAYMENT service. :p

But just to add to this thread, all my issues have been C2P related. Go splash plastic. No unwanted "dipping into" of your bank account, which is what has happened in the past with My account with c2o

What move my arms and type shit ?

I pay for people to put out a good service, a one that works, I should not have to exchange gay emails with someone to pay for a game service.

but whatever..

/edit we are not idoits, ours cards have not all expired, its your shit payment provider imo..

I updated my card with C2P yesterday, and 2.5 days ago I emailed account@neocron.com and still haven't recieved a response. Its really frustrating when you can't get a response from the customer service after so long.

I actually got a quick reply after 30mins, was rather surprised, albeit a short and formal one. :) Hopefully Click2Pay will get a move on.. and I don't mean the implant.. lol

That would be right around the e-mail troubles we ran into. Helpdesk was pretty much inactive around that time. Drop us another mail and we will poke them and see what's up.

Why is it always click2pay :( I didn't have a problem with that company until 3 days ago.. now I'm likely to strap on some grenades and run through the front door if I ever happen to walk past their corporate office.

Here's a nice update.. I call click2pay and they tell me that they can't reactivate my account, that only neocron can reactivate my account. They told me neocron misinformed me and that I should email them back..

ffs i'm really getting pissed now, how can it be possible for these two companies to not be able to communicate between themselves AT ALL!?

Yep, I did, soon as I got off the phone with c2p I emailed neocron back. No response yet but they've got 10 more hours for their 24 hour wait period :P
If there's one redeeming quality about c2p is that they're fast with customer service hehe, its a pity they couldn't fix it. Oh well, so starts day 4 of the "Give me my account back" trials..

Thanks for the suggestions Odin, btw :)
