Whats with the uber NPCs in IND and OZ sectors on Terra?

Had my ass handed to me doing the DRE epic in IND-B by one of them (something like 3 shots) and now I cant get to my shiney new (lol) storage cell in OZ1 because of them.

Is this some story/event spawn or something or a weird bug?

Yup spawned NPC's that don't despawn :( most don;t get killed just left to chew up noobs walking through ;)

Make a gm ticket , they will despawn them.

Yeah, they really need to fix this quest so they despawn after a while. The kicker is, they'll add up as each person attempts the quest. I once ran into a pack of like 12 of them, had to get help to kill them all and everything, and even they had a hard time. I'd say the worst part of it is, sometimes they get drawn over to the exit to the Outzone subway, so you spawn into the area and bam, instant death because there's 4 of them RIGHT THERE dealing death before you even realize what's going on.
