In games development, its the publisher (in this case 10tacle) who pay for the marketing campaign, aka the advertisements etc.

Ive seen quite a few banners around for NC its quite cool really :)

EDIT: iirc KK manages its own advertising.

yeh they have adverts on all the guru sites...as well as alakhazam mmorpg.com and the like
