Is the only that is required to get the Terminator Quad quest started is to talk to knuckles? Also is there a min level? I tried to talk to teh scientist and he said "come back later when you are more powerful blah blah."

Agreed. Give it a 30mm Cannon with an arc of fire better than the current 5 degrees, and it may be useful. As it is, its a heavy trike, but more work to get and replace...

Hot damn! Getting one of those things was easy on my spy once I figured out my heavy energy belt wasn't activated. You only need to kill three thugs total. The rest I went around using an Obliterator.

Old toy. Its almost identical to the Heavy Trike, but a little faster and a little more expensive to repair. If it had a GUN, then it would be interesting.
