Help on Hacking and Intelligence

I only have hacking 10 and no other int skills...is there some place i can find a tl 1 hacking tool or somethin like that?cuz right now i dont know how im supposed to get intelligence xp if i cant use any of the tools

You will get INT from firing weapons and from buying selling things I think.
You can also run missions, which will give you a little XP in all your stats.

im asuming ur a tank... considering u have only 10 points =\ not realy sure even being a tank how u only have 10 points i though ud have 12 atleast *scratches head*

best way is to run missions or kill stuff. for a tank id say run missions
