Was wondering what your guys avg email response times from Support have been?
So far mine have ranged from a couple minutes to 3 days, and since it's because of my char transfer its giving me 2nd thoughts to keeping my "new" account.
So first I email to get my chars transfered reply within 12hrs, can't on trial accoutns, so I reply asking some options and play email tag with questions for the next half hour or so 3 replies during that time. Was told fastest would be to make a new account with paybycash since no trial there.
So I do that and email for transfer, get answer in 36+hrs, my account that I was playing that 36hrs isn't in their DB.
And now waiting for a response again after I sent an email to the supportwatcher after waiting 18 hrs to responde to that last email. Which was 8hrs ago.
