Stealthing problems

Ok...I'm getting a little frustrated. I'm apparently comming out of stealth anywhere between 5-10 seconds early without knowing it. I still have time left on the meter but apus and mobs are attacking me before I freakin know I'm visible. We need to have this fixed. SEriously hurting my fun. I can't tell when I will freaking be visible. Anyone else having this prob?

Well once mobs aggro you, they can shoot regardless of stealth. However with the apus, I'm assuming there was a ppu there? Did they have a true sight sanctum up? You know, pink swirly, near transparent pink clouds around the ppu. It's either that or just some lag.
