Spy Con Setup

I was wondering what would be the best setup for a Rifle/Hacker spy setup

i want to kill people, hack belts.....

be fast enough to run away aswell, but just incase i get in close combat... id like to beable to kill em but not like take all the dmg in the world

any thoughts on what a good spy con setup would be ? :confused:
