I played back in beta and decided to return to Neocron, and I was considering playing as a CityMerc but pretty much every source points to them being tough to play. Which is just fine with me. But are there any issues getting Scientists are Engineers out at the Military Base?

As well: How difficult is it to obtain Psi powers in Neocron factions and the Military Base?

CM n00b leveling is hard, but beyond that it's good, the mid-high lvling spot around MB are probably the best in the game.

CM has missions for tradeskillers, but for player-player trade, you need to get yourself to plaza 1 or techhaven.
