Not sure if anyone would remember me, but I'm back! =)

About a year and a half ago a radio station I worked for ran runner events in Neocron (primarily on Saturn). I just wanted to say hi to everyone and let them know that SINR (Sync Into Neocron Radio) is back and will be announcing their Grand Opening party as well as regular shows.

I myself will be heading up once again Melodic Monday, a weekly techno show Monday evenings featuring nonstop beatmatched mixed dance music, as well as a new show featuring industrial bands (such as Skinny Puppy, KMFDM, Front 242, Front Line Assembly, etc).

The SINR Tsunami clan is already in-game ahead of me and is now recruiting new DJs. If you are interested in helping out with SINR as a DJ or event volunteer, email lilie@sinradio.net.

Hey there SINR,

I'd be very interested in hearing the techno genre's you DJ as well as possibly lending a hand to your stream.

I'm a big breakbeats, industrial, drum n' bass, and psytrance fan myself. Let me know if you're loooking to mix things up.

In any case, I'll shoot an email your way.

I Dj'd in the UKG sceen for 4-5 years , i gave it up only cause of the way the sceen was heading (to much violence in clubs and when i say that i mean guns etc) , i never did figure out how to conect my decks upto my comp/internet cause i had loadsa friends who couldnt pick up the pirate radio station i played on in london. If you could let me know how its done i would be more then willing to dust off my records/1210's and do a show or two .

other then that wb and i look forwad to hearing your shows. ;)

Surely you could jack your decks into the mic portat the back of the comp, as a really basic method.

I'd be tempted to join in, but I don't think ska/punk/crazy shit has much of a place in a cyber punk game :p.

OK, here is a selection of the lyrics from some of the stuff I would play.

There was one of a gang
Who had Skaletrix,
And cuase of that;
He thought he was better than you,
And the day after school,
You'd go around there to play him,
Hoping to compete for some kind championship,
And it always took about 15 billion hours to set the track up.
And even when you did, the thing never seemed to work.

It was a dodgy transformer, again and again.
It was a dodgy transformer, again and again.
It was a dodgy transformer, again and again.
It was a dodgy transformer, cost 3 pounds 10.

So he sent his doting mother
Up the stairs with the stepladders,
To get the Subbutteo
Out of the loft.
It had all the accessories
Required for that big-match atmosphere.
The crowd and the dugout,
And the floodlights, too.
And you'd always get palmed off
With a headless center-forward,
And a goal-keeper with no arms,
And a face like his.
And he'd managed to get hold of
A Dukla-Prague Away Kit,
His uncle owned a sport shop
And he'd kept it to one side.
And after only five minutes
You'd be down to ten men,
And then he sent off your right back
For taking the base from under his left-wing.
Come to half-time, you were losing, four-nil.
Each and every goal, a hotly disputed penalty.
So you smash up the floodlights
And the game was abandoned,
And the dog would bark
And you'd be banned from his house.
And your travelling army
Of Tibetan supporters
Would be taken away from you
And thrown in the bin.

And now he's working
In a job with a future.
He hands me my Gyro
Every two weeks.
And me, I'm on the lookout
For a proper transformer.

Well as Dreek stated SIN Radio is on the come back and so far, as long as we get our appartment stuff back, cough, then we are set and almost ready to start events and such. I am glad to see a few of you interested. For the DJ positions you must have a leveled TS runner. We are able to be back due to the support of Lady Veronique so that is a must. We take all kinds of music, but more importantly we want to hold events. Music is fun but anyone can listen to their own playlists while playing, what we offer is neocron emersment. Events and radio that is rp. I hope our efforts are as well received as last time. And I hope the environment can handle us. =)
