Ok, i'm CM with -35 SL following an accident in fight. i cannot do any mission in any city coz ALL gards KOS me. i can't regain SL by killing faction ennemy, coz i have NO faction ennemy. so how regain any sl ?

Find a city com outside MB/guarded areas, do launcher missions (or gr into and out of your apt).

Or sit in TH for a few ours with fetish.
