KK did do a fairly good job at improving the lighting and detail of most models, but they clearly forgot or didn't want to bother adding reflection support for DX9.... still.
Go into any appartment with a reflective floor or mirror and see if you notice any reflections... you won't.
Why didn't or why haven't they enabled the feature which is in DX7 (reflections) to work in DX9? This always bugged me, and I don't want to have to switch to DX7 and lose 40 FPS to see some nice looking reflective surfaces.
