Sound Problems

hey for some reason i cant hear any of my guns fire, all i can hear is spells Dev and a moonie, what the hell ? what do i do to fix this ?

Most ppl who have said this so far went the clean install route... :(

On one PC I have a few oddities with sound and graphics... but I just patched up to 150. On my main PC I used the clean 1.7gb install - not a problem at all.
