Amazing patch, love it to bits, but....

No sound when firing guns... Speed gat sounds excellent, but when i fire cs or a automatic pistol, i cant hear anything, is that right or is the update i downloaded wrong??

i can hear all sounds atm , CS sounds realy more brutal now , has a kinda aggresive sound to it.

Perhaps this person has broken files then? Have you tried a file check?

Worst one (imo) is the new assault rifle sound. It's totally underwhelming and has no oomph to it, just pop pop pop.

so how do you think i should try fix this? it seems theres a problem somewhere... all my other sounds, e.g. music and only some wepons are working but not most of the guns, all i hear is a stone being thrown on the ground when my ammo hits something, ive rebooted, not sure if a re-patch will help anything, any other ideas? :confused:

slasher used to sound damn annoying, but this, i have no words, you actually
managed to add more sound to the usual piew piew piew piew piew piew.
Please tone it down a bit, and what above poster said about assault rifle, sounds
like a toy.

Arg ok it seems i can hear the sound of gatlin wepons and some pain easer type weps. But none others, :(

Ok, ive finaly got it working... i reinstalled NC, installed nc2, put the update patch files on, then done the auto update, seems to workfine
