Patches 147-149 are now available on the regular patch ftp server, too.

Patch 150 will be available on the FTP/Launcher as soon as our final tests are completed.



edit: Patch 150 comes at about 13 MB and is meant to "finalize" the whole Evol 2.1 package. Since creating a new distribution takes some time, the new Neocron2 setup ships with version 149. Patch 150 includes all final changes.

if it´s not a hotfix, then why is Codi saying that its gonna be a 13 mb file and all that stuff in my post...

it feels kinda like a package with hotfix written all over it.

ok he says its to finalize, but it just seems... stupid to make a package that wont work unless you get something extra..

I haven´t complained at all.

I haven´t even said anything negative.

I just stated that it was odd that the evolution 2.1 upgrade wouldn´t work without patch 150.

Based on the fact that patch 150 is explained to "finalize" the evolution 2.1 upgrade.

And snow said that 150 wasn´t a hotfix, but more of an entry blocker at the moment, which made me get a bit confused, since in my little world, it's unnatural to make a full package ready for download that doesn´t work without something extra.

not the least.. even if evo 2.1 isn´t all holy and glory, which we all deep inside hope it is, i will be nothing but impressed about the effort put into it.
