Neocron Tech Support

I haven't been on for a long while, but I remember one time ago that Tech Support (http://www.illwillpress.com/tech.html) wasn't very supportive ... to me, anyway. It was rather comical, really.
With Neocron2 and all it's Evolutionary patches, they prolly all changed long ago by now...

We need a tech support forum TBH. And of course some tech support staff to use it. Even one would do.

The thing is that most of us that have been playing for the life of the game (beta 4 here) know most of the problems, and we try to help if anyone needs us!

But also the tech support e-mailing system seemed to work pretty well the last time that I needed to use it, I think I got a reply within a couple of hours!
