DoY Tunnels And MC5 Damage ?

Just curios as to what dmg type i can expect to take in Doy tunnels and Mc5.

I asked on help last night but didnt get a definative answer any 1 help out? so i know what to kit up with to head there.

Mainly Energy (plus minor Heat or Xray) for mc5 ....use shelter

Mainly Energy (plus minor Heat or Xray) for humanoid mobs in tunnels (rayguns and plasma pistols) ....use shelter

Mainly Force/Energy (plus minor Heat or Xray) for the scout bots in tunnels (fusion cannons) .....use deflector and shelter
