Its not hard to say what this is... they made this wonderfull game and thats all there is too it. useless confusing thread ?

oh sorry did not see it was in your launcher so very sorry for being nasty :( should have read james post befor posting since he saw it. I don't know how this has happened, I think it might have been the first time it has happened

it seems to happen if you install neocron wrong or having some missing files

Your /ini folder is either missing or borked. Had the exact same thing when i forgot to put my ini folder into the nc2 folder.

I got that when I used "FreeRAM XP Pro". Stopped using that tool and the problem went away. In fact a number of problems went away when I stopped using that thing.

its ok, got delbt with, his ini was totally empty! So its been rewritten and now it works!

Psh, nib! Try Cacheman (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=308), it's very good. Doesn't cause and problems either nor come with any spyware.
