What I am proposing, is not far from something that has been seen before, but still it is something completely new.

Iīm going to summarize a bit of prehistory, the event span and a possible outcome of it.

/* Start of Event Idea */

Chapter 1: The Rebellion.

Already before the regime of The Psi collapsed below them, and the, at that time, rebels Lioon Reeza and Hagen Yager ascended to power, the Anarchy Breed could be seen all over Neocron City and itīs outposts, though mostly hiding in the alleys and sewers or whereever else they could stay safe from the patrolling psionic guards. It required a lot of skill to be able to stay hidden, even the most advanced Anarchists had trouble moving around, even with their stealth technology.

When Lioon Reeza and Hagen Yager decided to team up to overthrow the regime of the monks through a rebel group they called "The Twilight Guardians", the Anarchists thought they could finally live as free human beings...

...but they were wrong.

Lioon Reeza ascended to power in Neocron City, and thus gained control over the City Administration, even though he had won the trust of 'his' city, he didnīt feel safe, perhaps it was because he knew the Anarchists wouldnīt approve of a new "ruling force", there is no real way of knowing.

With a need to feel safe, and in order to seem reliable as ruler of the city, he formed a private security team, known as "The Screaming Horse Agency", it was a small security team, funded by tax money, but it expanded once in a while, and was eventually put in to add extra protection to city sectors that in the CA's eyes were the heart of the city.

Even though Lioon Reeza had a lot of success after the rebellion, there was 1 person, who more than others felt forgotten...

It was Hagen Yager, the very man who played as big a part as Lioon Reeza in ending the, as some would call it, "Cruel" regime of the monks.

He felt he had been stowed away in the shadow of Lioon Reeza, he felt betrayed.

So Hagen Yager got back together with those of his friends from the days of The Twilight Guardians, who had not joined Lioon Reeza's security team, he wanted revenge badly.

Hagen Yager and his Twilight Guardians declared eternal war on the City Administration and Lioon Reeza.

Chapter 2: Anarchistic Vengeance.

According to intelligence gathered by one of the many listening posts in the wastelands, the Twilight Guardians intercepted a low-frequency radio transmission (which was then intercepted by Tangent Technologies Communications Division), from an Anarchy Breed Vandal known only as Goggles that claimed that two forgotten blueprints had been found in the deepest part of the mineshafts.

These blueprints contain the information on how to build Nuclear Bombs and parts are being assembled by the Anarchy Breed all over the wastelands to build these bombs.

They will be built in 2 different locations, and have 2 different targets, Neocron City and Dome of York

/* End of Event Idea */

Chapter 1 has already taken place in the past.

Chapter 2 is my event idea, somewhat less described and talented writing as the original storyline, but I think it would fit in nicely.

Basically what Iīm suggesting will require:

-A little help from the graphics department, who will have to make the different parts of a nuclear bomb, that can be put together.

-And event game masters to maybe enhance the plot a little and carry it out.

And then all that has to be done for the runners is:

Locate the nuclear bomb construction facilities, there should be 2 of them, if they rescue the wrong place, they will actually aid the other city, so it might be worth investigating which one goes where before disabling it, there could be an interest in eradicating your enemies.

And then disable the nuclear bomb that is targeted for your own city.

Failure to disable the one targeted for your city should:

Make every sector of the city (Neocron and/or Dome of York), be covered in devastating flames that will kill everyone).

It would cripple all purchases inside a city until npcs respawn, and it will kill any runner who is not in the safety of a headquarter or an apartment.

(Kind of like the Plaza 1 fire barrels back in nc1).

I've always wanted to see a large scale event made by a runner.
Go for it :)
