Vent Help

i need some help with a Ventrilo problem.
my comp crashed and vent details were wiped, after reinstall and stuff
i cant get any of the sounds when someone joins the channel/server or leaves or in chat, i tried everything but no luck.
i can speak and hear whats going on but its annoying when you cant hear when someone joins or leaves.
if anyone knows about ventrilo and can help it would be great, thx.

You mean the Text to Speech?
