Reactivating with C2P

Okay, so I e-mailed support and they unlocked my locked account, but where do I reactivate my account? I don't see it listed as a way on this NC2 site nor can I find a way on the C2P site... only way I see is creating a trial account and going from there.. but it'd be easier just to use my current account.

Start launcher -> Your Account -> Login -> Payment Status / Reactivate Account

i tried that, but it will only let me use pay-by-cash and other methods, everything but C2P! lol

lol really... this is a big pain in the ass.. i already emailed them to unlock my account, now i have to email them to reactivate it for me too o.O

If there isnt a option to pay via c2p you need to email account@neocron.com and ask them to switch your account so you can pay via c2p.

ok, for the meantime, i made a trial account with c2p, only thing that sucks is i have to start all over.

hopefully KK will switch me to c2p for my other account and then i can cancel my trial and play with my capped char. :)

for some reason, it wont let me cancel my trial account.. and now my main account seems to have c2p, i click the reactivate icon to the right but theres no way to actually reactivate it:

i dunno, i got am email saying it is still closed because i have "unsettled payments" yet when i check my balance on the c2p site it says 0.00. so i emailed them 1 more time, after this im done..
