I never noticed this before when I leveled my apu, but now as Im leveling a hybrid, and using a multi energy bolt, I dont see damage numbers with every cast of the spell. Most of the time I only see damage numbers every other cast, but sometimes (seems to be increasing as I level more) i only see the numbers every 3rd cast. So, wtf? is this suppose to be like this? Am I actually doing damage with every cast but just not seeing it on my client? Or is this some sneaky way to nerf the hybrids!? ;)
