Transferring trial account characters to retail box account

Do I simlpy email support@reakktor in order to have them transfer my trial account character to my retail box account i just activated?

Ouch. Too late - you had to reactivate your trial account with your CD Key. If you created a new account, I think your trial charcters are lost (until you reactivate that trial account some other way). AFAIK, chars do not get transfered between NC2 accounts. Mail account@neocron.com to be sure though.
