As funny-cruel as it is, that conversion program totally butr4ped your video dude.

Have you tried looking here? http://www.divx-digest.com/software/index.html There are plenty of free conversion softs here.

I'd use Adobe Premiere or sometimes Vegas Video to edit and convert. I don't make NC videos tho, but that's what I'd use to edit DVI stuff I have shot in the past.
